For ambulance organizations the billing of patient and transport data is often an administrative problem. The accounting departments have to manually enter the data from hundreds of forms into the accounting system, which is a time consuming an expensive process. Payments for transports are often delayed by erroneous data, unreadable notes or incomplete forms.

WebDynamite has developed a solution that makes it possible to quickly enter and process all data for patient transports via BlackBerry® smartphones.

Transport records are not entered manually any more but directly via BlackBerry smartphones, enabling automatic transmission into the in-house billing system. In the back office, the recorded transport data can be edited at any time and accounting can be finished promptly.

Savings in the administration and a more efficient invoicing process are only some of the positive aspects of the mobile transport data acquisition.
